![]() Anti-racist pedagogy is both a framework and a process. ![]() Cultivating an anti-racist pedagogical practice requires a commitment to ongoing critical self-reflection, lifetime learning, and improvement. It is about considering the classroom spaces and enacted pedagogies therein: are they equitable? Are they anti-racist? Do they seek to remove barriers for all learners?Īnti-racist pedagogical practices are in a constant state of “becoming,” meaning there is no one single stopping point. While this requires a broader examination of the systems and structures of higher education, it is also about considering the teaching and learning at an institution.
